Treatment groups of JNJ7777120 (160 mg/kg; n = 10) and DMSO (vehicle, n = 6) are represented. Each time period (20 min) was characterized by averaging 4 to 5 consecutive 5-min measurements. All animals were anesthetized with urethane/xylazine and brain temperatures were held at 36.0 ± 0.2 °C and rectal at 37.0 ± 0.2 °C throughout the experiments.
