An example of “pincer” type; the acetabular excess coverage with early head-neck femoral and acetabulum contact with possible posteroinferior joint degeneration (contrecoup) due to a subclinical subluxation. The concordance in this case was moderate bilaterally because of the inherent difficulty in assessing a posterior-inferior conflict.
