The assays were performed by using a radiochemical assay with [3H]-dThd as the substrate at 37 °C. The concentration of dThd was 0.1 mM and the phosphate donor was 1 mM. The data are given as percentage of that with ATP as the phosphate donor (2.56 μmol/mg/min)
