Donor strains Efa2412, Lla2125, and Lla244 were incubated as monocultures and in cocultures with Lla450, Lpl465, and Lpl1524. Results for the LAB receiver strains Lla450, Lpl465, Lpl1524 in monoculture were obtained in the CDM TRYP, which corresponds to CDM PROT supplemented with 0.5 g/liter of casein tryptone.
