The effect extracts from C. citrinus on C. albicans. The graph shows a dose-dependent decrease in C. albicans cell density as the concentration of the ethanol: water extract and the DCM: methanol increased. Percentage inhibition of 80% was observed at 100 μg/ml. The data represent a mean of four replicates. These data were analysed using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's test for multiple comparisons, comparing means to the negative control (SDB).
