Ability of MSCs at different passages to inhibit T cell and B cell proliferation

(A) Flow cytometric analysis of CD4⁺ T cell proliferation in the presence of MSCs at P4, P6, P8, P10, and P12. Nonactivated CD4⁺ T cells were defined as the blank group.
