(C and D) Cancer-associated HLA class I (C) and II (D) PTM antigens recurrently identified in at least seven cancer samples. Each colored plus or minus symbol on the left of the bar plots indicates significantly higher or lower expression (multiple-test adjusted p < 0.01) in TCGA tumor samples compared with GTEx normal samples of the same tissue type (Note: Meningioma is not included in the TCGA datasets). p values were derived from Student’s t-test and then subjected to multiple-test adjustment.
