Each colored plus or minus symbol on the left of the bar plots indicates significantly higher or lower expression (multiple-test adjusted p < 0.01) in TCGA tumor samples compared with GTEx normal samples of the same tissue type (Note: Meningioma is not included in the TCGA datasets). p values were derived from Student’s t-test and then subjected to multiple-test adjustment.
