Methods RCT; 2 groups, wait list control
Participants 37 breast cancer patients, diagnosed at least 2 years previously. Had received a variety of adjuvant treatments.
Interventions Exercise: yoga; supervised in groups (5 to 10 per group) for 120 minutes once/week for 8 weeks, and encouraged to practise daily with CD and illustrated handbook
Control: wait list, received usual care
