Participants 86 stage 0 to II sedentary breast cancer patients post‐treatment
Interventions Exercise: moderate‐intensity home‐based activities, 55% to 65% HRmax. 10 mins twice/week increasing to 30 mins at least 5 days/week over 12 weeks. Weekly phone calls during exercise.
