miR-206 regulates the clonal ability of non-small cell lung cancer cells. miR-206 inhibitor was transfected into H460R cells, with inhibitor-NC as a control. (A) Knockdown efficiency was examined by reverse transcription-quantitative PCR. miR-206 inhibitor was combined with sh-CYTOR for the joint experiments.
