System designed for performing the ischemia. The leg is placed into the loop of the tourniquet (asterisk), adjusting the tensile force with the dynamometer (arrow). The tourniquet is fitted at the top of the thigh with the help of a support arm (lower arrowhead), while the other support arm (upper arrowhead) pulls on the end of the leg.
