(A) XRD results. The SnI₂ and PbBr₂ are still present. In the 10-min annealing sample, the perovskite structure is observed. The mixed states are remarkably prominent in the 45-min annealing sample. (B) Optical band gap is approximately measured with 1.65 eV in UV-Vis spectrometer.
