Correlation between the sum of lymph node diameter (LD) values and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) concentrations in dogs with multicentric lymphoma that had been treated using the L-CHOP protocol. Continual measurements of superficial lymph nodes and DNA concentrations reveal that the cfDNA concentration and the sum of LD are significantly positively correlated (Spearman correlation test, R² = 0.26, P < 0.01).
