Significance is calculated by Brown-Forsythe ANOVA test. *p≤0.05, **p≤0.01 (B) IgG binding titers against RBD, Spike, and NP correlated with SARS-CoV-2 serum neutralization activity. The coefficient of determination (r2) is reported following linear regression analysis.
