Data expressed as n (%) or a median (IQR). WE, Wide excision; SNB, sentinel lymph node biopsy. SNB was conducted in 41/76 adolescents, 324/626 young adults and 1047/2050 adults. Clinical detection: 0 adolescents, 9 young adults and 43 adults. Positive SNB: 10 adolescents, 74 young adults and 229 adults. Total lymphadenectomy: 10 adolescents, 83 young adults, 272 adults.
