Results are shown as up-down regulation compared to control group. Phytol significantly (p < 0.05) increased gene expression of Fibronectin 1 (FN1), Kallikrein-6 (KLK6), Heparin-Binding Epidermal Growth Factor-Like Growth Factor (HBEFG), Tenascin C (TNC), Loricrin (LOR), Arachidonate 12-lipoxygenase B (ALOX12B), Hyaluronan synthase 3 (HAS3), and Arachidonate 12-lipoxygenase (ALOX12). Phytol significantly (p < 0.05) decreased the gene expression of prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2 (PTGS2) and matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP3).
