Dynamics of the L1014F kdr mutation along the selection process. For each line, the L1014F kdr mutation was genotyped in individual mosquitoes using the allele-specific qPCR TaqMan assay described in Bass et al.66. For each selected line, both genotype and allele frequencies are reported. N number of individuals genotyped.
