TRF1 is required to maintain inner centromere and kinetochore integrity. Chromosome spreads were prepared from oocytes at the MI stage and were stained with anti-CENP-A, anti-Survivin, anti-Hec1, and anti-H3T3ph antibodies. Kinetochores and DNA were labeled with anti-centromere antibody (ACA) and DAPI, respectively (scale bar, 20 μm).
