Kinetic Chain Stability Varied planks, physioball bridges, half-kneeling chops, sidestepping and kickbacks with bands – performed 2-3 sets to fatigue
Proprioceptive Training Single leg stance on unstable surfaces, single leg stance with multi-directional rebounder ball toss – 3x30sec ea, 10-15 minutes per visit
