Table 5.

Comparison of putatively adaptive haplotypes from Burke et al. (2014) with observed haplotype frequency changes in synthetic populations used in this study. While both studies employed similar protocols Burke et al. (2014) implemented 18 outcrossing cycles while we only implemented 12. The 2014 study is used as a point of reference here because it features 12-fold replication, while in the present study features no within-treatment replication. We specifically targeted the window containing the most significant marker in each region based on the Burke et al. (2014) results. Notable (> 10%) increases in focal haplotype frequency are shown in green.
