Cell mortality over time; In general, increasing the injected dose enhances the cell-death rate. Additionally, by applying mild hyperthermia due to the increase in transmembrane rate, the cell nucleus is exposed to much free drugs, so its chance of death enhances. Therefore, hyperthermia increases cell-death and delays the tumor growth onset.
