Schematic overview of the EasySeq™ RC-PCR SARS-CoV-2 WGS kit. A. For 96 samples the kit provides a pool A plate and a pool B plate. These plates contain the RC-probe and the universal oligo's with an UDI per well. Identical UDI's between pool A and B are used. B. For covering the SARS-CoV-2 genome a tiling method similar to the ARTIC protocol is used.
