Here, $S$ stands for susceptible, $E$ for exposed, $I_{\text{presy}}$ for presymptomatic and infectious, $I_{\text{asy}}$ for asymptomatic and infectious, $Q_{\text{mild}}$ for mildly symptomatic and infectious, $Q_{\text{cohort}}$ for cohort, $Q_{\text{ICU,rec}}$ for a recovery stay in cohort coming from IC, $Q_{\text{ICU}}$ for Intensive Care Unit, $D$ for dead and $R$ for recovered. A subscript $i$ is used to denote the $i$th age strata of the model, the model has a total of nine age strata. An overview of the model parameters can be found in Table 1 (supplementary materials).
