Increased neutrophils and macrophages infiltrate in BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. Mice were injected intratracheally BLM (1, 3 mg/kg) for 1 and 2 weeks. a Represented images showed lung fibrosis by H&E staining. b Macrophages and neutrophils were counted using Wright-Giemsa staining image of mice BAL cells (n = 2 per group).
