(A) Pan-drug signature. 36 transcripts were up- or down-regulated (≥2 or ≤−2-fold change compared to the control, respectively) by all drug treatments. (B) Pan-drug p53-independent signature. Only one gene was upregulated by all drugs independent of p53. (C) Pan-drug p53-dependent signature. Most genes regulated by all drugs were regulated dependent of p53.
