FUS-CHOP and SNF2H interact to target enhancers and activate genes leading to sarcomagenesis. Irradiation induces phosphorylation of the FUS-CHOP PrLD, which interferes with SNF2H interactions and MLPS sarcomagenesis leading to tumor control.
