Differences in insulin sensitivity based on race and sex. Main effects of race (< 0.01) and sex (< 0.01) were observed. No race x sex interactions were observed. SI clamp was significantly greater in CA compared to AA (< 0.01), and SI clamp was significantly greater in women compared to men (p < 0.01) (N = 30)
