Suppressibility of Ntag-τ60 mutation by overexpression of Pol III-related genes. Stationary-phase cultures of mutant cells harboring different multicopy plasmids were diluted 10-, 10²-, and 10³-fold in water and spotted (5 μl) onto solid minimum medium (Casa+Ade plates).
