Transformants of the yeast strain INA106-3B (pkh1D398G pkh2Δ::LEU2) carrying the indicated plasmids were streaked onto YPGlu medium and YPGlu medium supplemented with 1.2 M sorbitol and incubated at 25 or 35°C. Each patch represents an independent transformant. Plasmids were YCplac22 (vector), pRS316-PKC1(R398P) (PKC1R398P), pRS314-BCK1-20 (BCK1-20), YCplac22-MKK1(S386P) (MKK1S386P), and YCplac22-PKH1 (PKH1).
