(A) The mRNA expression of PPARγ in the aorta tissue was evaluated. Data are presented as mean ± SD (n = 6 per group). Significance values were determined by 1-way ANOVA. Newman-Keuls multiple-comparison test was used for multiple comparisons. Ctrl, DMSO in saline. (B) Smooth muscle cells were treated with FG-4592, and the mRNA expression of PPARγ was evaluated by qPCR. (C) Smooth muscle cells were transfected with HIF1α expression plasmids, and the mRNA expression of PPARγ was evaluated by qPCR.
