Subcultures of cells in SFM01-M compared with SCM. In SFM01-M cell cultures, a cell density of 2 × 10⁴ cells/cm² was inoculated in 6-well plates and then cultured at 37 °C, 5% CO₂ for 4 days. In SCM cell cultures a cell density of 2 × 10⁴ cells/cm² was inoculated in 6-well plates and then cultured at 37 °C, 5% CO₂ for 4 days. Both cell cultures were carried out in triplicate and viable cell density was expressed as mean ± SD. Comparison of cell yields at P1, P2, and P3 between SFM01-M and SCM was significantly different (p-value < 0.05)
