Effect of SITE liquid media supplement on cell growth. The concentrations of both Bacto™ soytone and Bacto™ yeast extract in SFM01-M were fixed at 0.1 g/L and l-glutamine was 4.0 mM, whereas othercomponents were fixed as follows: MEM (9.4 g/L), sodium hydrogen carbonate (2.2 g/L), MEM non-essential amino acids (1.0% v/v), sodium pyruvate (1.0 mM), vitamin C (9.719 mg/L), vitamin B12 (0.1725 mg/L), rEGF (0.5756 mg/L).
