Effects of Yeokwisan on the expression of the nNOS protein and contraction-related genes in stomach and small intestine tissues. Western blotting analysis of nNOS and semiquantification of the data were performed in stomach (A,B) and small intestine (D,E) tissues. mRNA expression analyses for four GI motility-associated genes were conducted on stomach (C) and small intestine (F) tissues. The Yeokwisan group was treated with a dose of 400 mg/kg in these results.
