Example pipeline structure. A stream of individual single-wavelength photoacoustic data frames is transformed through a cascade of processing actions to yield a series of spectrally unmixed images at each point in time. The pipeline takes advantage of the known acquisition geometry of the system to perform reconstruction, and user-defined spectral endmembers to perform unmixing.
