(1). b Comparison of the Debye and Cole Davidson model for the real dielectric function. In this subfigure, both models are restricted to the low-frequency region, thereby excluding the Lorentz resonance. The Cole–Davidson fit corresponds to τ = 21 ps and β = 0.71, giving a sum of squared residuals of 11.5, compared to 77.8 for the Debye model. Errors in the THz-TDS analysis are discussed in Supplementary Note 7.
