TFLS inhibited the AKT/mTOR and NF-κB signaling pathways in PCa cells. PC3 and DU145 cells were treated with TFLS, the expression of key proteins in AKT pathway (A), mTOR (B), NF-κB (C) signaling pathways was analyzed by Western blot. GAPDH was used as a control.
