TCEA3 mediated USP47-induced enhancement of pyroptosis and apoptosis. (A) GSDME, PARP and TCEA3 in HCT116 cells over-expressing TCEA3. After transfected with TCEA3-expressing plasmid for 1 day, the HCT116 cells were treated with 1 μM of Dox for 24 h and examined by immunoblotting. (B) GSDME, PARP and TCEA3 in HCT116 cells with TCEA3 knockdown. (C) Examination of GSDME, USP47 and TCEA3 in HCT116 cells treansfected with siRNA targeting TCEA3 and plasmid expressing USP47.
