Events Admitted in the ER due to gingival bleeding. Managed with local noninvasive treatment by plastic surgery. Admitted in the ER due to gingival bleeding. Managed with local noninvasive treatment by plastic surgery. Seen by the Dentist ‐ local treatment. Before the small surgery, it was stopped one of the antiplatelet agents and rivaroxaban. Persistant mild gingival bleeding in the same spot. Not taking one of the antiplatelet agents and rivaroxaban. No more bleeding. Decided to discharge and keep those two medications suspended until new evaluation. Macroscopic hematuria and dizziness. Assumed cystitis and sent home with antibiotics. The patient was started on Prednisolone 40 mg/day (~ 0.5mg/kg/day). Waiting to be admitted to the medical yard.
