(C) β-galactosidase activities of a HAP4-lacZ reporter gene in wild type (BY4741), bcy1Δ (ZLY6715), and pde1Δ pde2Δ (PPY776) mutant cells grown in dextrose and raffinose medium. The activity of HAP4-lacZ in wild type cells was set as 1.
