Inhibition of the expression of LDHB gene with target-specific siRNA inhibits apoptosis. (A) PK-15 and 3D4/2 cells were transfected with siNC or LDHB siRNA for 24 h, followed by mock infection and CSFV infection (MOI = 0.1). At 48 hpi, cells were analyzed by immunoblotting with antibodies against LDHB, PARP, cleaved-PARP, cleaved-CASP9, cleaved-CASP3, and TUBA (loading control).
