A model of CDK7i resistance in TNBC cells. CDK7i resistance in TNBC can be driven by increased TGF-β/activin signaling compared with the parental/sensitive TNBC cells. This leads to increased EMT and ABCB2 expression. By inhibiting TGF-β/activin signaling or ABCG2 the CDK7i-resistant TNBC cells can be resensitized.
