(A) Experimental protocol of the generation of mix BM chimera and H3N2 infection. The BM from C57BL/6 Tox2+/+ and Tox2−/− mice with the indicated congenic marker was transferred to irradiated C57BL/6 Tox2+/+ mice intravenously. After more than 8 weeks, mice were intranasally infected with H3N2. mLNs and spleen cells were collected at days 0, 7, 14, and 28 after infection to analyze cell populations by FACS.
