Complex I flavin detection in DDM-solubilized whole tissue homogenates from different mouse organs. Homogenates were prepared, treated with DDM as described in the Experimental procedures section, and identical aliquots (30 μg of protein) were loaded on an hrCN gel. Two gels were run in the same conditions and then treated separately for Coomassie protein stain (A) and fluorescent detection of flavin (B).
