For the heavy chain (left panel), SP4 gave the major product, which was sequenced and revealed a full-length VH cDNA. For the light chain (right panel), SP2 amplified the non-productive Sp2/0 myeloma kappa chain, whereas SP7 primer amplified a full-length VL cDNA.
