SIRT7 deacetylates PPARγ2. (a) Effect of SIRT7 overexpression on the acetylation of the PPARγ2 mutants. HEK293T cells were transfected with the 3×HA‐PPARγ2 and PCAF expression plasmids, as well as FLAG‐SIRT7 or FLAG‐SIRT7H188Y.
