(A) Western blot showing the time course of 200 μM OA treatment effects on protein levels of HGPRT and 5′-NT in A549 and MDA-MB-231 cells. (B and C) The influence of oral administration of OA on protein levels of HGPRT and 5′-NT in A549 (B) and MDA-MB-231 (C) tumor xenografts. OA was orally administered to the treatment group at 120 mg/kg/day until the end of the experiment. Twenty-two days after the subcutaneous injection of tumor cells, the tumor xenografts were resected for western blot assay.
