The pooled results of progress free survival between FOLFIRINOX and GNP using random effects model did not show the survival difference. Subgroup analyses of PFS did not show significant difference between Western (HR 1.01, 95% CI 0.84–1.20, P = 0.950) and Asian subgroups (HR 1.13, 95% CI 0.97–1.33, P = 0.110). However, it revealed that Asian subgroup showed the trends of survival benefit for GNP.
