Inclusion criteria for each group.

Stakeholders	MM Users
Individuals who represented and/or managed a patient association or an NGO dedicated to the promotion of social inclusion and cultural integration, or Individuals who represented and/or managed a healthcare professional association or council, or Individuals who represented and/or managed a local healthcare service including hospitals, trusts, specific areas, or zones, depending on each country, or Individuals who worked in the local or regional government, and who were responsible for the organization and management of healthcare, or Individuals with at least two-years of experience working in their respective positions.	Individuals with an MM background. Individuals who had lived in their current country of residence for at least 1 year. Individuals who were users of the national health service in each country. Adults aged 18 or over.
Individuals who agreed to the conditions of the study and gave informed consent to participate.
