PLC/PRF/5 cells treated with miR-125b-5p expressing vector or negative control (NC) vector were implanted s.c. in the flank of mice (5 × 10⁶ per animal). Treatment was initiated on day 19 when all tumors reached 200 mm³ in size. Sorafenib or vehicle control was administered orally, once a day, for 21 days at a dose of 30 mg/kg.
