Supraorbital (a–f), infraorbital (g–i,l–n), and iomandibular free neuromast (o–t) in N. guentheri head show a group of sensory hair cells supported by supporting cells and laterally surrounded by long mantle cells. The hair cells in supraorbital, infraorbital, and hyomandibular free neuromast displayed cytoplasmatic immunoreactivity for TrkA, TrkC, and S100 protein. Magnification 40×.
